Her goal is to create a space for women to learn how to lift confidently, get strong asf and be in a wholesome and supportive space. Lauren has a double Bachelors in Exercise & Sports Science and Business (Sports Management), she has also studied Nutrition. After more than 10 years in the fitness industry, having managed and owned gyms, she decided to bring her Strong Not Skinny motto to West Footscray and follow her dreams of a studio specialising in Women’s fitness. ATHENA isn’t just about getting strong in your body, it’s about longevity of movement and prevention of age related conditions, it’s about finding joy in movement and destigmatising what it means to be a woman in the gym.
