The best of both worlds. A session combining both lifting and conditioning. Aiming to build your endurance and stamina, with the added bonus of your favourite lifts.

SWEAT is designed purely to increase your fitness capacity. Each exercise is aimed to bring you one step closer to your peak fitness level with the extra boost of a group of like-minded women.

A Pilates based mat class that will complement your training and hard work. ALIGN will connect your mind and body with a focus on breathing, centering and core stability. The perfect addition to your training schedule

A full-body weights class focused on hypertrophy — building lean muscle through volume, control and artistic programming.
